Hey, my name is Will Stefano and I graduated from Xavier College in 2021 with an ATAR result of 99.65. During VCE, I studied English, Maths Methods, Specialist Maths, Chemistry, French and Revolutions, all subjects which I enjoyed studying and I would welcome sharing this knowledge with others. I have a deep passion for Maths and Chemistry, leading me to pursue a Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne. In terms of my career, I hope to practise in the medical profession and help others. I also love to read, particularly historical fiction novels; my favourite book is To Kill a Mockingbird. I’m a keen tennis player, with the hope one day to visit all the four major grand slam tournaments across the world. I find travelling to be an enriching experience, as nothing goes past actually immersing yourself in new cultures and traditions. Whenever I have down time, I can’t go by binge-watching all the Breaking Bad episodes… Finally, I live by my school motto ‘Striving for the Magis’, a Latin term meaning to always give your best no matter what. I fundamentally believe academic success comes from putting in that extra effort to achieve your goals.
