Hey! I’m Walter, a wine, music and egg-poaching connoisseur (sadly not professionally). Some random and unrelated fun facts about me: I am a bit of a caffeine junkie, I only ever sneeze in threes, and I love dogs (pic for reference).

Some less random and hopefully more relevant facts about me: I’ve always had a longstanding passion for academia, across almost any discipline. Specifically, I’ve always thrived in tackling new and complex ideas, and striving to truly comprehend them intuitively. What butters my toast even more is coaching others through that same chartered territory to see them unlock their own academic potential.

With my tutoring sessions, be it for English or Chemistry (or a mix of) I hope to make the focus all about you guys, bringing to the table all the varied tips and tricks I’ve picked up along the way to help you excel too. Not only will you have access to all my own notes/essays/resources, but more importantly, you will have access to someone dedicated to helping YOU comprehend, extend and synthesise your own understanding of your VCE content and what SACs, exams, and exam-markers demand of you.

Year 12 can be a gruelling and intimidating affair, but it doesn’t have to be. Let me help you stress less about the study, so you can enjoy what your final year really has to offer.

Walter graduated from Melbourne Grammar School in 2019 with a perfect score in English and his school prize for Chemistry. Now at university, he is continuing to strengthen his mastery of language whilst studying Philosophy and French at The University of Melbourne. Walter’s natural gifts in communication and learning have helped him exceed thus far, and he hopes he can use these talents to help you do the same.
