Hey! My name is Sofia. I just graduated, so I know what it’s like to be dealing with VCE, on top of everything else you’ve got going on. Hopefully, I can help lighten that load a little. I have plenty of experience with the pressure and stresses of high school and know the tips and tricks to manage your workload, get that study score you want and have time for your hobbies (baking and eating pavlovas in my case). While completing VCE I undertook leadership roles, sporting extracurriculars, kept my waitressing job and loved binge watching a new series so I know how to efficiently study and break down concepts quickly so you can actually understand and remember them. I’ve got almost two years of professional tutoring under my belt (as well as all those study periods teaching my friends the content) so I am confident I can communicate in a way that helps you best. I also know the importance of not only staying on top of things but actually getting ahead so revision becomes easier and easier. I’d love to help you feel confident and ready for those SACs and exams. When I’m not working you’ll find me curled up with a cuppa consuming content, going for a walk with friends or cutting my own hair in my bathroom.

Sofia graduated from Viewbank College in 2020 as the STEM Captain of her school, and plans to study biomedicine and chemistry in the future. In addition to her academic pursuits, Sofia plays AFL and enjoys sewing and baking. Through tutoring, Sofia hopes to nurture the STEM students of tomorrow, and give back to the community that encouraged her passion.
