Hey, I’m Simone! I graduated from Caulfield Grammar School in 2017, and I’ll be studying biomedicine at Melbourne University in 2018. At this moment in time, I am hoping to pursue a career in medicine, but in my younger years, I also had aspirations of becoming a teacher, a lawyer, a scientist, and a musician; so the future certainly isn’t set in stone.

I play the violin (and I fool myself into thinking that that is a form of exercise) and I am an avid reader – my favourite authors are JRR Tolkien and Jane Austen. I follow Game of Thrones religiously, and I can’t wait for the next season. I also love travelling, London has been my city so far, and I’m hoping to visit Peru sometime soon.

With VCE, I simply chose subjects I enjoyed, and I think that was a huge factor in my success. I hope to pass that love for the subject, whether it be literature, or chemistry, on to you. I’ve always enjoyed working with friends, and I’ve found that everyone learns differently – my goal is to work with you to ensure that your school year is the best it could possibly be.

Simone graduated from Caulfield Grammar in 2017. Boasting impressive results across the board, Simone is studying the Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne with a plan to study medicine. A Chancellor's Scholar, Simone is a strong advocate for a balanced approach to academics. Having found that her extra-curriculars (whether that be music, mooting, or debating) were an integral part of her high school experience, Simone hopes to impart this ethos onto you as your next tutor.
