Hi, I’m Neha! I graduated from Ivanhoe Girls’ Grammar in 2019. Along with trying my hand at baking chocolate-y goodies, I am an avid reader with a love for Harry Potter. It’s safe to say that when I began my VCE journey, all the talk about SACs and exams and scaling seriously intimidated me. I wondered if I would have to sacrifice the subjects I was truly passionate about, in order to ‘beat the system’ as some advised. I decided instead to play to my strengths; to channel my enthusiasm for the subject matter into a stronger drive to succeed.

I believe that developing your own unique writing style is important to becoming proficient in subjects such as Literature. By having a teaching approach that is not pressure-oriented but rather passion-oriented, I hope to help you gain confidence in your distinct abilities. Through first-hand experience that is still fresh, I aim to also provide handy techniques on how to actively engage with texts and structure your responses. Although I would prefer online tutoring as of now, I am flexible with timings and happy to tailor lessons according to your needs.

Neha graduated from Ivanhoe Girls’ Grammar School in 2019 with an impressive academic record. Upon graduation, she received subject prizes for English, Literature, Philosophy and General Academic Excellence, and was a member of her school’s annual magazine editorial team. Neha is now studying a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne, and hopes to follow her creative spirit during her future career.
