Natasha Vranes
Hey, I’m Natasha! I love to travel, spend too much money on food, and start TV series that I never actually finish. I’m happiest when I’m out and about with friends, and I try to head down the coast as much as possible.
Whilst science subjects were certainly not my favourite, my lifelong desire to be a veterinarian required me to learn how to navigate and fine tune the techniques necessary to reach my VCE goals in 2018.
As a result, I also experienced the pre-sac panicking, late night cramming, and existential crises that come with the dreams of a light bulb moment and everything falling into place! I am super friendly and patient, and understand that sometimes it’s everything going on outside of VCE that helps you get through this time, whether it’s the movie you’ll chuck on after you close all the tabs on your laptop or the big weekend you have planned with your friends – balance is important!
My goal as your tutor is to help you view Biology, Psychology or Health and Human Development in a way that allows for deeper understanding, so that all of the information being thrown your way can really make sense. A tutor can make all the difference in feeling confident in your subjects, and are a great one-stop shop for nailing your writing techniques, interpreting the study design and finding the methods that work for you with the aid of somebody who has done it all before!
I offer weekly lessons in all three subjects, with extensive notes particularly in Biology and Health and Human Development. I hope to work with you soon and share some knowledge on the whirlwind that is VCE!
Natasha graduated from high school in 2018 with a perfect score and the Premier’s Award for Health and Human Development, along with a perfect score in Psychology. A keen traveller, Natasha spent a year travelling and is now studying a Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne and plans to study Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in order to pursue her dream of becoming a vet.
