Hi, I’m Matt. I graduated from Haileybury College in 2018 and, having done well in my VCE, I want to help other students do the same.

I believe that the key to success in subjects like Accounting, Chemistry and Methods is understanding as many questions as possible; as there are only so many questions that VCAA can ask, knowing what these questions require and how to properly answer them is critical to SAC and exam success. As a tutor, I aim to use my notes and experience to help you become confident with as many different questions as possible, so that you may never be caught off-guard in a SAC or an exam. In addition, I frequently helped my peers during my Year 12 year with their own difficulties in Methods, Chemistry and Accounting, and as such I have experience in breaking down the underlying principles of these subjects and how to use them to solve problems.

High school can be a great couple of years, but it is no fun spending this time stressing because of some annoying or hard-to-understand concept in one of your subjects. I want to do all I can to help you enjoy your time in high school and thrive in your academics!

Matthew graduated from Haileybury College in 2018 and is now studying the Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne. He plans to eventually complete the Master of Engineering to work in technological developments that will improve quality of life for the elderly or disabled.
