VCE Psychology: 46
VCE French: 44
Hi there! My name’s Mary and I’m a medical student, occasional gym-goer and most importantly French fry lover (check out my Insta account @_potatolover_)
Languages have always been my passion, and I can’t wait to share that with you as well as my tips and tricks for acing VCE French. We’ll work on a broad range of skills together – reading, writing, grammar, listening and oral (my favourite!) – so that you’re confident with written exams and speaking like a francophone by the end of the year.
I’ve studied psychology throughout my biomedical science and medical degrees, so I have a thorough understanding of the core concepts. I'll explain these to you super simply and clearly and give you all-important exam strategies.
I remember the stresses of Year 11 and 12 all too well and will ensure my sessions are fun, engaging and give you all the knowledge and skills you need to ace your SACs and end-of-year exams. Look forward to working with you!
Mary graduated as Dux of Haileybury Girls College in 2015. A woman of many talents, she juggled her responsibilities as School Vice-Captain with her academics pursuits, ultimately receiving the subject prizes for French in both year 11 and year 12. Currently studying the Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Monash University, Mary has maintained a role on several committees. In the future, Mary hopes to pursue work and research in public health alongside clinical medicine. For now, however, she plans to help you excel as your next tutor.
