Hi, I’m Lucy! Having recently completed Year 12, I understand the unique challenges that come with keeping up to date on SACs, calming exam nerves, trying to stay fit, maintaining a social life, and trying to get eight hours sleep. While this may seem like an impossible balancing act, I can offer invaluable insights into a range of organisational and study techniques to suit your specific needs, time management tips, as well as resources to make sure you feel as supported as possible.

As a tutor, I provide an enthusiastic environment where students are excited to learn and are fully engaged in the content. My goal is to equip students with the understanding and confidence in order to exceed in all assessments. I have collated extra resources to help assist every study need, whether that be revision questions, SACs, notes or essays. I am truly passionate about the subjects I tutor. My love of reading translated into a love for VCE English and I have always been fascinated by science. My love of science even took me to South Africa as a volunteer researcher, where I partook in a marine ecology and reserve monitoring course – a dream blend of my two passions, science and travelling!

During school, I never turned down the chance to participate in co-curriculars, whether that was cross-country running or concert band! In my spare time, I enjoy playing and coaching netball. I’m a thrill-seeker and love adventure – my highlights include bungee-jumping and trekking through African reserves surrounded by giraffes and elephants! My life is currently less adventurous but still exciting, as I study a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash.

Lucy graduated from Melbourne Girls Grammar in 2019 as Valedictorian. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash University, and hopes to give back to her community in the future by becoming a doctor. With an adventurous spirit, Lucy spends her spare time playing and coaching netball, playing flute, travelling and reading.
