VCE: Mathematical Methods

Hi there, my name’s Kevin! I am currently studying the Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne.

Having acquired a long-lasting enthusiasm for mathematics throughout high school, my goal for students is to ensure that they are not only comfortable with tackling the questions which set you up for the exam, but that your confidence in answering them stems from a concrete understanding of the underlying mathematical concepts required to succeed. In addition, I am able to synthesise more nuanced mathematical concepts in an approachable manner – meaning you can be rest assured that you’re understanding of the VCE material is exhaustive.

As a recent graduate, I can certainly relate to the stress and tribulations associated with one’s final high school years and as such, can guide you through the course in a manner which maximises both your marks and your time. This also means that I recognise and am able to give you that edge in SACs and exams which your teachers may often overlook.

Kevin graduated from Melbourne Grammar School in 2019 with an impressive ATAR and array of scores. Additionally, he won the Kenneth Cross Prize for Mathematics upon graduation. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne and one day hopes to becomes a dentist. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys playing badminton, jumping rope and binge-watching Kitchen Nightmares.
