Hi! I'm Jasmine. Whilst you can usually find me out camping, hiking or at the beach getting sunburnt, I also love playing soccer and watching The Office. Doing Year 12 during 2020 brought many unprecedented challenges on top of the already stressful nature of VCE, however I believe that with determination, an optimistic attitude and guidance anyone can succeed. As a massive science (and psychology) nerd, I hope to inspire the same passion and enthusiasm in all the subjects I tutor, in order to make learning much more enjoyable. 

Although the pandemic caused major disruptions to the balance between my studies, job and extracurricular activities, it did teach me valuable lessons about the importance of finding intrinsic motivation and maintaining a positive mindset. Maximising the quality of your study, being organised and always asking questions are just some of the critical determinants of your VCE performance, and through our tutoring sessions I hope to pass on these skills. 

As a tutor, I will endeavour to supply extensive resources and engaging sessions to help you reach your full potential in VCE. My aim is to provide a deeper understanding of the subject’s content whilst also giving you constructive feedback, in order to help you achieve full marks!

Jasmine graduated from Mordialloc College in 2020, achieving a perfect score in Psychology and receiving an Engineering Excellence Scholarship from Monash University. She hopes to study a double degree in Science and Engineering, and use her scientific passion to pursue a career in research.
