Daisy FU
Hi! I’m Daisy and I graduated during 2020 - the challenging year of COVID. This means I’m completely across all the VCE content, and that I’ve learnt how to effectively maximise my study time when under pressure!
Maintaining an effective work-leisure balance is incredibly necessary during VCE. In my free time, I enjoy watching TV shows (no less than 3 episodes per week!) for relaxation. I’m also passionate about dance, consistently attending Jazz lessons during the week. These hobbies genuinely refill my energy, and allow me to re-enter my studies with rejuvenated passion.
English is not my first language, so I’d recommend choosing me if that's also the case for you! I will approach study questions in ways that help EAL students understand the content properly, as I personally know the extra issues that these students may have to face. Across VCE, I’ve summarised a bunch of tips with my classmates to make the studying journey smoother. I look forward to helping my students reach their maximum potential!
Daisy graduated from University High School in 2020 with an ATAR of 99.50. She has worked as a tutor since 2019, juggling VCE with her passion to see fellow students succeed within Maths, Physics and Chemistry. Daisy enjoys Jazz and K-Pop dancing in her free time, maintaining an active lifestyle outside of her studies. In the future, she aims to work within Medicine or Education, planning to study at Doctor of Medicine at the University of Melbourne.
