Hi, my name is Chrislyn and I would love the opportunity of working with you to achieve your academic goals!

I was born in England where many of my current hobbies were founded whether that be playing badminton with family and friends, learning the piano, reading book series, being a part of music ensembles – in essence, discovering new ways to challenge myself both within and outside of the academic field.

I moved to Australia at the age of 10 and attended Haileybury Girls College from which I graduated as Dux of Newlands Girls Middle School in 2018 and later from senior school in 2022 as Dux Proximus with an ATAR of 99.90 and a study score of 50 in both English and French.

In high school, I had a particular passion for the sciences (in particular, chemistry and biology), whilst also enjoying the freedom of expression that constituted the language subjects (English and French) as well as the contrastingly logical structure of mathematics subjects.

It is this same love for variety that drives me in life, and which led me to my decision to study medicine at Monash University. In the future, I hope to specialise and enter the field of research at some point.

I am extremely passionate about fostering a comfortable learning environment in lessons so that we can more easily explore any gaps in knowledge and aim to delve that extra step into the content. Hence, regardless of where you are currently at, I am ready to find ways to best meet your needs during lessons in order to strive for success!
