Howdy everyone! My name’s Bhuvan. In 2019, I graduated from Haileybury College. Yes - it was a hard, tough, and challenging year, but it was still one of the best of my life. I’m here to help make sure that it is for you too.

Let’s be real, VCE isn’t easy! I had to juggle my leadership roles, sport, my passion for music, and of course, having some sense of a social life, all while making sure I was on the right path to making it to my dream. Despite all that pressure, it was these hard situations and tough circumstances that made me develop not only an understanding on how I can learn effectively and productively, but also gave me the motivation to really give everything I was doing my best.

In Year 12, I really had to put this to the test. Being Captain of Mooting, Captain of the Global Issues Society and a School Prefect put a lot of responsibilities on me. I loved debating and public speaking (even going to national competitions in the middle of SACs!) and I was also super passionate about music. And of course, who can forget mandatory Saturday Sport...

But nevertheless, I think I managed it. Studying these fascinating subjects like Chemistry and English, and having a real motivation to push myself through the arduous asks of the UCAT, helped me develop a real understanding about what these subjects were all about. And now that I’m here standing on the other side of the hurdle that you’re facing, I want to help you make the most of these final schooling years.

Bhuvan graduated from Haileybury College in 2019 with an ATAR of 99.75. No stranger to responsibility, Bhuvan’s exemplary accomplishments were achieved whilst juggling the responsibilities of Captain of Mooting, Captain of the Global Issues Society and School Prefect. He is now studying the Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Monash University, taking the next step to making his dream of working with Doctors Without Borders a reality.
