Hi there, my name is Babette but you can call me B if its easier! I graduated from St Catherine’s School in 2018, don’t worry the trauma of VCE is still fresh x.

I’ve been through the 3am cram seshes, the pre-sac break downs, the I’m-going-to-throw-my-computer-out-the-window moments when none of the content seems to make any sense, and I’m hoping with my help as a tutor I can help you escape that pain.

During year 12, the only thing that got me through was having whacky weekend plans with friends and keeping up a social life to forget the pain of VCE. Health and Human development was by far my favourite subject, though I totally understand that if you’re having trouble wrapping your head around the content, the subject can seem like a pain.

Whether you’re doing alright already but want to boost your score in HHD to maximise your ATAR or whether you’re borderline passing and barely remember you’re doing the subject.. I’m here to help! A tutor is one of the best resources you can have, I’ve been to all the lectures, summarised the notes, cried over the study design and harassed my teachers for exemplar answers so that you don’t have to do all the hard work!

Babette graduated from St Catherine's School in 2018 as dux of both Health & Human Development and Geography with a perfect score in Health. Babette hopes to pursue a career in public health or humanitarian aid, and is currently studying the Bachelor of Global Studies at Monash University. A tutor with a strong track record for success, she embodied a balanced approach to schooling, and continues to do so whilst at university. Amidst all her hard work, Babette keeps herself sane by keeping up with her social life, working in a pub and volunteering at festivals.
