Hello! I'm Alex, a science student at the University of Melbourne. I spend most of my free time playing sports - particularly basketball, netball and rowing – as well as practicing the trombone or rewatching Brooklyn 99. I also love dogs (I’m the proud owner of a crazy standard poodle) and hiking!

I completed my IB diploma in 2020 at Canberra Girls Grammar School, but have now moved to Melbourne for university! Within my diploma, I studied Maths HL, Chemistry HL, Psychology HL, Biology SL, English A SL and French B SL. I am continuing to study all the subjects that I offer tutoring in during university (Maths, French, Chemistry and Biology).

I’m super keen to be able to share my passion for these subjects with you, and help you achieve your academic goals! With two years of tutoring experience, I can help you to gain a proper understanding of the content, master the skills you need, and figure out which study techniques will work best for you!

Alex graduated in 2020, achieving perfect IB study scores in Maths, French, Chemistry and Biology. With a keen passion for the Sciences and Mathematics, she has participated in the National Youth Science Forum as both a student and a staff leader, and helped tutor younger students in Maths subjects across high school. Currently studying a Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne, Alex hopes to take up a Doctor of Medicine in the future.
